This Cancellation & Cancellation & Refund explains how refunds work for services purchased from NinePixel Studio.
1. Cancellations
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund if work has not started.
- After work begins: Pro‑rata refund based on effort completed and resources booked.
- After final delivery/approval: No refund.
2. Non‑Refundable Items
- Third‑party costs already incurred (voiceover, music licenses, stock assets, freelancers).
- Expedited/rush fees.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email ninepixelstudio09@gmail.com with your order number, payment proof, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Project Delays
If delays are caused by the client (missing inputs/approvals), timelines will shift accordingly and are not grounds for a full refund.
